Barnes Center, Air Force Career Development Academy.  Mr. Odom held numerous executive and leadership positions and has been awarded several awards for his exemplary service.
Mr. Odom's career background consists of Law Enforcement and Education and Training, and he holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a Master of Education degree in Education and Instructional Technology from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education, Corporate Training and Development from Wayland Baptist University.  
Mr. Odom is retired and enjoying his retirement, providing opportunities for the less fortunate and enjoying his time traveling with his wife, Barbara Odom.

Sabrina is a Retired Air Force Officer with 21 years of military service. After retiring from the Air Force, she spent over 10 years in various Executive roles in Healthcare Administration before launching her own business, becoming an Independent Travel Agent, Personal Trainer, Zumba Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist and published Author. Sabrina enjoys traveling and has traveled to more than 30 different Countries.

 Dana Wallace joins The H3O Group, Inc. with an extensive background in human resources management and educational services.  She began her career in finance and training working with two Fortune 500 companies. After several years, she married and began to travel the world with her military husband, where she made a smooth transition into education, then human resources management. She has held various positions, including, Instructor and Career Center Director, with two educational institutions; School Liaison, Education Services Officer, and Director of Human Resources and Training with the Marine Corps Logistics Base. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey, and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Troy University.  In 2018, she retired as the Director of Human Resources and Training and relocated to Murfreesboro, TN, where she resides with her husband, Ron. Dana and Ron have an adult son, Christian.

Overseeing programs for 125,000 military and civilian employees at 5 locations. Retired from the United Air Force after 24.5 years of active duty service, while serving as a Senior Military Human Resource Manager, Air Force Recruiter, and Air Transportation Specialist. Received a degree in Human Resource Management and Military Personnel Administration. Originally born and raised in the hometown of Corsicana, Texas. An active member and leader with the Tuskegee Airman Inc., Charles B. Hall Chapter and the Air Force Sergeants Association. Our mission is to educate and instruct the next generation to pursue aeronautical and navigational careers; volunteer and assist with military veterans on Air Force issues that affect benefits and livelihood.
